Zola

Zola's first bath. Zola was found when I worked for Cascade Geotechnical in the industrial area in West Edmonton. She was tiny and starving and stinky. She picked me, I suppose. Put into an office, when anyone went in there to see her, she was no where to be found. But, when I went in there she came to me. I had my lunch break in there, and she curled up on my knee. I obviously had to take her home. She was curled up on my knee the entire way home. Anyway, she has been my baby ever since. When I am away, I suppose of all of the people and things at home, I miss her the most.

still waiting...

Well, I am still in Canada, although not by choice. I am supposed to be in Korea by March 1st. Right. I am now waiting to get my passport back from the Consulate. Maybe Friday or Monday? My recruiter won't actually get my plane ticket until I have my passport back with the VISA stamp in it. So, once I get it, she will try to put me on the next flight out. How frustrating this all is.
Oh well... C'est la vie.

meet Zola...

My baby, Zola. Isn't she the cutest???

I am supposed to be in Korea sometime around March 1st. It will be nice to get away from here... I like being home, but not when I am broke and have nothing to do.
It is SO cold out today. It is around -28 Celsius. Yikes.

a job

Well, I am accepting a position in SongPa-Gu, Seoul. I will be in Korea around March 1. I am looking forward to actually doing something again. I don't mind being home, but it is kinda boring with no money and will every one else working and going to bed early. Such is life.
